Cognetix-LLC (“Cognetix”) corporate experience and exclusive tool suite provide complete support to our commercial customers focused on assessment of Insider Threat, safety enhancement, theft reduction, organizational and cultural enrichment, organizational performance enhancement, and Mergers and Acquisition due diligence and optimization. Cognetix provides unique processes, techniques and tools to provide quantitative evaluation of employee attributes, predictive analytics of workforce requirements, organizational culture analyses, organizational transformation approaches, organizational risk assessments, and workforce modernization processes. Our tools include exclusive licenses for use of the Judgment Index™ (JI), Tribal®, and Dennison Organizational Culture Survey™ (DAC), plus our inhouse developed tools (Career Quotient (CQ), Dynamic Nature Attributes (DNA), and Poseidon), and related individual and cultural assessment tools to assess employees, identify personnel issues in need of additional attention, and to support our counseling, coaching, mentoring, and personal growth development services. Our organizational psychologists and coaching staff hold national certifications and we do culture assessments.
Cognetix foundationally is focused on cyber security. We have exclusive rights to an established tool for measuring judgement, which may be an option to cover a portion of insider threat not currently being assessed, that is, evaluation of employees, candidates, and personnel who may have a propensity to commit insider threat or physical attacks before they do so (as opposed to trying to catch them in the act or responding post attack).
Cognetix is also working plans to begin providing Security Operations Center (SOC) support to commercial firms interested in protecting their networks, proprietary data, and sensitive customer information. This will come on line soon, so stay tuned for more soon.
